Smoove Gospel Productions, dedicated to the Lord... was formed to help promote the solo gospel jazz, poets and neo artist. We can bring your gospel CD project to life, even if you don't have a musician or a band. Some of our clients come to us without material. We use our vast resources of talented gospel composers, lead by Bro. Lamont Perry (or as we call him ( " Brotha Perry " ), who is also the founder of Smoove Gospel Productions.
We can help you with your arrangement, develop your style and most importantly, compose and produce your CD tracks for the studio of your choice. With Smoove Gospel Productions, you are no longer held back, we can and will get your project in motion. We don't copy.. we compose.. Each song we compose is original and tailored to your style... all done by using Pro Audio digital recording software, then emailed and shipped to you, studio ready to record your performance at your preferred studio.

What we do
In order for our Smoove Gospel composers to begin, the artist must send to us their idea. By mp3 thru email, or CD or cassette by US mail. even If you have a midi sequence stored in your keyboard will work fine, we need your solo part so that your tracks can be composed. Then we can start working as your studio musicians, creating a smoove gospel arrangement for your jazzy hymn or neo gospel groove.
Next... we send to you an mp3 proof by email with your part you provided, mixed with the music we created, for your approval. After you approve of our work, or for some reason you would like something changed. we will make those changes and send you another audio proof. From there, we finish your custom created arrangement.
Finally... after your final proof, then we turn your smoove gospel arrangement into studio ready word clocked 88.2khz 24bit tracks, we create your master on a quality DVD which will contain all the instruments on seperate mono and stereo tracks for mixing. take it to your preferred studio, record your solo there, and complete your project.
Just think... no musicians needed or bring another musician to add another part to your studio tracks, tracks are mistake free, no wasted studio time, no extra expense... and the best part! your project is finished and ready for pressing.
How we do it
This is where your studio ready tracks are prepared, using Pro Audio Cubase 6 recording software, using the lastest in VST sampler plugins: halion 3, battery 3, esq gold strings, kontakt 3, trilogy ect.. ect.., Kurzweil 2661, roland 1080 and 5080, and a yamaha es.
Then each instrument is played thru our Soundcraft Ghost mixer to be converted to 88.2khz 24bit digital audio using a word clocked motu HD192 audio interface, and lastly.. copied to a DVD.
WE DO NOT MIX OR MASTER THESE TRACKS, THESE TRACKS ARE PREPARED TO BE MIXED BY THE STUDIO OF YOUR CHOICE. EACH INSTRUMENT IS CONVERTED TO A SEPERATE TRACK, NON-PROCESSED, NO EFFECTS ADDED, 88.2K 24bit WAVE FILES.
Take this DVD to the studio, they will load it into their system and then, your ready to put your solo into your arrangement. Now your there for the mix, and take home a professional master to be pressed into an industry standard CD project.
